Val d'Europe has « one of the lowest setting up costs for companies in the Ile-de-France region » according to a study carried out by KPMG in March 2012.
The sector also benefits from an excellent ratio jobs/inhabitants : 24 500 jobs for around 29 000 inhabitants.

• one of the leading congress and seminar centers in Europe (with more than 10 000m² of convention space) and around a hundred meeting rooms which can hold from 10 to 4000 people
• numerous restaurants less than ten minutes from the center of Val d'Europe

Val d'Europe comprises of several business parks offering solutions for companies of all sizes (10 000 m² of offices + 100 000 m² of developed land).Among the different parks, a landscaped business park of 180 ha welcomes offices and mixed activities managed by Goodman.
